Return/Exchange Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. RETURNS ARE OFFERED ONLY FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS.
- If you received an item that is Damaged/Defects, please take a picture of the Damages/Defects and Email us within 5 days after receiving your item at info@db2nofficial.com.
- We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your Damaged/Defects item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- DB2N Official currently accepts only return/exchange for damaged/defects items only. Any other reasons will not be accepted.
- Orders shipped internationally aren't eligible for free returns or merchandise exchanges; return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll have the options of either exchange for a new one (subject to item availability) or request for a refund. The refund amount will be automatically refunded back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
